Fractal Symbols is an easy-to-use library of symbols for prototyping and publishing board games. The library is available through the Creative Commons Attribution license. This means everyone is free to use and modify the symbols as needed, as long as they mention the symbols originated from this library.
The library is divided into sections, with symbols grouped based on use. For example, all card symbols go into the Card section, all symbols related to Combat are stored in the Combat section. Each section is showcased below with its title, a sample of symbols, and a rough description of what’s in that section, and the number of symbols in that library.

Need symbols for your box? This section gives you symbols for your game box and rulebook - things like Designer and Artist icons, as well as play-time.
10 symbols
The Card section has all the card-related symbols, containing things such as Deck actions, Discard pile, and card actions.

This section is mainly focused on fantasy-related combat symbols.
57 symbols
At the moment, this section only contains symbols related six-sided dice.
16 symbols
The basic elements are in this section; Earth, Wind, Fire and Water, as well as Arcane, Death, and Life.
7 symbols
This section contains various locations and location-related symbols such as Map and Location Pin.
13 symbols
Player pieces are inside this section of the library - Pawn, Meeple, Agent, etc.

I started making and collecting these symbols because I had difficulty finding usable vector symbols that I needed for my board game prototypes. Making and collecting the symbols became a whole separate project and eventually, I was making symbols for potential prototypes rather than existing ones.
My goal with Fractal Symbols is to facilitate easy-to-use symbols available to everyone through the Creative Commons Attribution license. This means everyone is free to use and modify the symbols as needed, as long as they mention the symbols originated from this collection if released.
The symbols are made to be simple and either be used by themselves as-is, or serve as a base for making a specific symbol to suit its use in a modified state, or combined with other symbols to create more complex symbols, or create a symbolic language.
Fractal Symbols is licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International license. This means you are free to use the symbols as you like, modify them or add to them when needed, as long as you mention and link back to this library in anything you publish. Some symbols in this product are derived from Fractal Symbols (fractalsymbols.com).
Some symbols are taken from public domain sites and are usually modified. I have chosen to include them in the library to make them easier to find and use. However due to the nature of public domain sites where anyone can upload anything and claim they have the right to publish it to public domain, some symbols may have been wrongfully uploaded without permission prior to being added to this library.
